My new go to foundation

I was so disheartened when MAC decided to stop producing it's Pro Longwear foundation. But knowing the quality of their products I took myself to the MAC counter at Myers for a rematch.

Best Mac Primer

So I was recommended the Studio Fix Fluid as it still had medium coverage and was long wearing too. So I've been using this now and it is very comparable. So comparable that I actually think it's better!!!! I actually think it lasts longer on my skin during the work day and it's coverage is better on my skin too. I'm currently NC20. it is so easily applied as i use a brush and it's so even upon application. you can also build up the coverage too.

Good Quality Day To Night Foundation!

https://pacsofusti.tistory.com/10. After so many years hearing about how amazing MAC foundation is considering it's popularity I knew making this splurge would be worth it, so I recently purchased it online in the shade 'NW15' which is the perfect shade for me, so that was a lucky guess!

I love the glass bottle with matte black screw top lid. However there is no pump or anything so you just have to pour it straight out from the bottle which can get a bit messy.

It contains an SPF of 15 which I like which doesn't make the foundation feel heavy or greasy. The formula is also not too heavy or light in terms of coverage. I found it to be about a medium finish after applying a typical amount. However it works well if you want to build up the coverage as I tend to do slightly if I am going out at night as opposed to just wearing a light layer during the day.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and am now keen to try the other foundation varieties from this brand to compare and work out which one I like the most.

Go to foundation everytime

I have used this one for years. Gives you a medium buildable coverage and doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy or oily. Mac also has a great colour range which makes it easier to choose the right shade for you. Its quite flawless for a medium coverage foundation. Great for night time and day time wear.

One of the best

Since I discovered it I was always a doublewear girl but now I’m not so sure. This product is buildable it doesn’t smell and has perfect full coverage.

I have lots of dark freckles and large pores that always seem visible through most foundations which irks me to no end and is my greatest insecurity but this covers them so well. It also covers the black bags under my eyes without the need for concealer.

I doesn’t smell like perfume or have any over powering fragrance and it holds up to the heat of the Australian summer.

Anybody wanting a fabulous full cover foundation. It covers dark freckles, large pores and under eye bags amazingly well.

Go To Foundation

This is the second foundation that i have ever used and i would definitely recommend it.

It's great for everyday use since it's a very buildable foundation and i find that it's coverage last for a solid 6 hours. A very blendable product, the finish of the foundation isn't cakey and my skin is always looking flawless.

I use a large brush to apply and buff the foundation into my skin, although after this i would recommend touching up with a concealer.

Not the best.

This is a good foundation but there are cheaper foundations that have worked better for me . I have a combination skin and pores on my cheeks, this foundation makes my pores look larger and the whole face jus looks cakey. I use a beauty blender to blend it in my skin. However , I love the colour range so I mix this with Maybelline fit me foundation . I use maybe half pump of this and more of the Maybelline fit me, perfect combo.

Lasting foundation

This foundation is good, but not the best I've used, especially based on its price.

Likes:
It comes in a wide range of colours, so I was able to get a perfect match.
It has a matte finish.
It lasts all day without need for reapplication.
It covers pores and does not emphasize my smile lines.

Dislikes
It tends to look cakey in some areas.
My tool of choice for applying foundation is a brush. With this foundation a brush creates visible lines across my face and I have to use something else to smooth them out.
Quite heavy coverage even with a little product (I prefer a more natural looking finish, thus lighter coverage).

THIS IS AN AMAZING, MUST HAVE PRODUCT FOR EVERYONE.

This is a great foundation for those who does not want to explore the market too much. Mac is a great brand that hits the mark majority of the time and this time, they have done it again. This is a product that I use on daily bases and it just provide the look I wanted. Sublime text 3 download for mac.

This product last a long time as I use it for both day and night time. I wear it for special events because it is just so easy to apply. It is creamy but also so full coverage at the same time. The foundation looks great with bronzer, blush, highlighter and eye shadow on top. Mac have nailed this foundation and it is a great make up staple.

Full Coverage that lasts all night long

This is my go to foundation for everyday. I use NC25 as you can easily lighten it up or darken it down with a bit of highlighter/bronzer but they have so many colours and shades on offer which means you can always find one to match your tones perfectly. It is easy to build up the layers if you want a fuller coverage and gives a great, even finish. Some foundations can seep into pores or wear off after a long day but this just doesn't change at all from morning to night. It doesn't feel too heavy on the skin and doesn't dry out my skin like I have found with previous foundations I have used. I would definitely recommend keeping a good skin care regime along side this foundation to prevent this from happening.

I usually apply with a beauty blender as I find this the easiest way to get an even all round finish and always ensure to apply primer before use.
I would recommend purchasing the pump for this product as it is tricky to get out of the bottle otherwise and you can easily wash the pump and transfer it to the new bottle.

What can I say.
This foundation is my ultimate go to product.
I started buyin MAC foundation 4 years ago and I havnt even thought about changing.

I use this product for when I have a night out, or a special event and I don’t need to keep replying it.
It’s perfect if you are after a full coverage, the foundation is creamy and easy to apply, I also to a Mac powder over the top so I have that matte finnish.

Prep your skin first, and use a sponge to apply. it soaks into the skin better.

New favourite foundation!

I have heard so many wonderful things about this foundation but was so scared to try it as i knew it was a matte foundation! I have very dry skin so matte foundations normally look horrendous on my skin. I was invited into MAC to get colour matched and they helped me create the perfect base to have underneath this foundation. https://pacsofusti.tistory.com/17. Firstly they used the fix+ and then the strobe cream in peachlite and this created the perfect base for this foundation. My skin was so hydrated and luminous after these two products the studio fix looked flawless and glowy on top of it! I love the coverage and the longevity of it, such an amazing foundation with an amazing amount of shades!

If you have dry skin, prep your skin properly beforehand.

Smooth finish

I have used a wide variety of different foundations and brands and I find this to be one of the best that suits my skin type.

I find that it applies really easily and doesn’t come out clunky or Orange like some liquid foundations can.

I got the colour slightly lighter than my skin tone so that my powder is dark and it isn’t over powering.

I find that you can apply the foundation really light if you want to wear it day to day or heavier for a night out and it’s still a smooth creamy finish.

Day to night lasting coverage

This is one of my favourite foundations. I usually reach out for Studio Fix Fluid if I want my make up to last from day to night. The texture of the product is just nice, very blendable. Silverfast 8 download for mac. The coverage is buildable from medium to full coverage. The smell of the foundation smells like.nothing! At least for my nose, I can't smell anything funky.which is very good. I usually apply the foundation by dotting small amounts on my forehead, cheeks, chin, nose and neck. And then, I will blend it all out with a beauty blender or using a large oval brush. The product stays on my skin, providing long lasting coverage for at least 8 hours (I prepped my skin well with moisturiser and primer). The only thing that I want to change is the packaging. I think it is more convenient if it comes in pump bottle. I sometime tipped over a little too much and I can't put it back in the bottle due to hygienic reason.

Nevertheless, I still love this foundation :)

Make sure to prep your skin prior to using foundation to get longer lasting coverage.

Great coverage loved it

I got to attend this event with my sister. I felt really glad to know the beautyheaven team and mac team.

I had never used mac products before so I was really excited to try the foundation. Also i am a bit of a amateur when it comes to makeup so it was really helpful of the makeup artist to explain me everything from prepping my skin to the finishing spray. As i was told i moisturised my face applied a primer and applied this foundation with a brush and I was really amazed with the coverage. It did not feel dry on my skin. I have dry skin but still this foundation worked for me. i have some freckles on my face and i love to cover it so the mac foundation helped me to have a full and long lasting coverage.Also this foundation had spf 15 which is really good especially for day to day use.

Long lasting

Definetly not the fullest of full coverage but does cover 90% of the imperfections. It is long lasting, not waterproof however.
Great for any skin type, although, if you do have dry skin, be sure to use a more of a dewy consistency primer or a hydrating moisturiser as the foundation can tend to sometimes stick to the dry patches, even once powdered.
Price is ok, could do better for the price.

Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File Options Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Microsoft word templates for mac.

Use a brush for fuller coverage application. Sponge to blend for a more seamless look.

Long lasting full coverage

I started using Mac foundation at the age of 17. I started with studio water weight but found it didn't offer as much coverage as i was looking for. That's when I tried Studio Fix and I have never looked back.

It offers a full coverage look but without giving off the caked in make up effect. It applies so easily and I love that you can still apply less for a more daytime look. I personally like to add a powder on top of my foundation to give it a matte finish and I think it helps it to sit for longer. People always comment on how flawless my skin and make up look and I swear its all the foundation.

I would highly recommend this product for a full cover flawless look.

I am so happy i have been introduced to MAC Studio Fix Fluid!

I usually use MAC Face and Body but since trying this one I will not go back. The coverage has been stepped up and makes all the difference. The beauty about this product is that it stays on ALL day and gives me a flawless look, which i was previously missing!

The make up artist matched a shade so perfectly to my skin tone. There seems to be a colour made for every complexion and C3 was spot on for me. I have nothing bad to say about this product and will encourage all to take the plunge and try it!

Amazing coverage & lasts!

I live & swear by this foundation. I have been using it for the last 3 years because it is the first foundation I have used that gives me full coverage & is long lasting. I can put the foundation on before work & not need to worry about it rubbing off, until I choose to remove it at the end of the day. It hides my dark circles & evens out my face & neck nicely. I have never experienced my skin drying out after using it & my skin does not break out either. Very silky & easy to apply too!Plus i can use it with my face tanner as well.

This is the best MAC foundation I've ever used.
What a great coverage and match to skin colour.
I loved the consistency and the colour that matched my skin.
Only used a tiny bit and it was sufficient. The colour matched my skin tone and it stayed on.
This is a 24 her foundation for sure.
It can be used on all skin types with the right moisture routine and skin prep before application.
After the application you will need to set it to make sure it stays on.
Great coverage and can be used in conjunction with the right shade of concealer.
Also, if the right brush is used it gives you an air brushed look. You van build on it or even use a little bit for light coverage.
This is truly a great product that will match all skin types from diverse backgrounds.
Can't wait for it to be launched in the market. I am already loving it

My New favourite Product!

I can't even begin to describe how much i love this product, i honestly have used it every day since i received the product! It's rare to find something that you feel the same way about when you first received it and when you've used it for a few weeks, i can safely say i still love using this foundation. I use the Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 every morning before i go to work or out for an event because it gives me a natural finish as well as lets my skin breathe. Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 gives me full face coverage, and I would already recommend this product to my family and friendship group.
